Florican Cottage

The accommodation is run by MEWS society. Established on 3rdJan 2006,aims to work for the preservation of the rich bio-diversity in Manas NP and also develop eco-tourism activities in and around the park especially in the areas under basbari range This society seeks the support of both the Government and Non-Government organizations.They work with the Bodo Territorial Council and also other NGOs like ATREE and the WWF in promoting eco-tourism in Manas.

Accommodation:

All the accommodation at Florican's is cottage type. It has 06 neat & clean cottages which are situated right in the southern boundary of Manas NP. The accommodation has a very lush green ambiance. Bathrooms and toilets are clean with running water facility. The food at Florican is prepared in local style. The Bihu dance and village visits arranged on requests can be real fun as well.
From its dining once can have the glimpse of hills and mountains, also one can have the amazing view of the sunset & sunrise.
